  • New Booking Payment and Cancellation Terms & Conditions

    • Only applicable to refundable bookings*

     

    Book Now – Pay Later
    – The amount of three nights of the daily agreed price of the reservation is required 14 days before the arrival date.
    – Balance settlement upon arrival at the resort

    Flexible Cancellation Policy
    – No cancellation fee will be charged for refundable cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the arrival date
    – 100% of the total due will be charged for cancellations received within 6 – 0 days prior to the arrival date

    COVID-19 Related Cancellation Policy
    – No cancellation fee will be charged should guests are officially prohibited to travel on their booked dates, due to being infected with COVID-19 or if officially considered immediate contacts of a confirmed COVID-19 case or their primary residence is under a local lockdown. This term is applicable for both refundable and non-refundable reservations. Official documentation will be required for all cases.

    For new prepay and save / non-refundable reservations, 100% prepayment and cancellation fees apply, as per relevant policies.
